By creating an account, completing the onboarding process, or using HAVI™ Inventory Lite (the "Service"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa.
HAVI™ Inventory Lite is a cloud-based inventory management platform designed for South African businesses. It provides functionality including inventory tracking, employee management, equipment bookings, audit trails, AI-powered assistance, and automated security monitoring.
The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis. HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd retains ownership of all software, infrastructure, and intellectual property underlying the Service.
Monthly Subscription: Ongoing access to the Service is billed at R399 per month (incl. VAT), commencing after the 7-day free trial period. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. There is no setup or onboarding fee.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. No subscription fee is charged during this period. The trial begins immediately upon email verification.
Late Payment: If a monthly payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is received. HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to terminate accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT. HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice.
HAVI™ is a trademark of HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd. The name, logo, and associated branding may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any derivative work without prior written consent from HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd.
All software, interfaces, databases, and documentation forming part of the Service remain the exclusive intellectual property of HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
Customer data uploaded to or generated within the Service remains the property of the Customer.HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd will not use Customer data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service.
You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service. HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd processes your data solely to operate and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd implements industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission, JWT-based authentication, automated security monitoring, and audit logging. However, no system is completely secure and HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notifyHAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd immediately at support@havitech.co.za if you become aware of any unauthorised access.
During registration, you grant HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd limited support access to your account for the purpose of troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and resolving reported issues. All support access is logged in your account's audit trail and is visible to you at all times.
Support access will never be used to view, export, or share your data beyond what is necessary to resolve a specific support request.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@havitech.co.za. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make payment.
Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days. After this period, HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd may permanently delete your account data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa. HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd and the Customer agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
HAVI TECH TRADING (Pty) Ltd may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
